It's okay. We built in the community and the process for building was quite seamless. We do love our house. There is an HOA. The rules are quite strict and some are straight up annoying/unreasonable. There a few Karens in the community who complain about everything and like to post anonymously in the community Facebook group. Our honest review of working with Landmark Homes in Hawk Valley Estates. There were many pros and cons. The pros are communication, sticking to construction timeline, effortless process of designing and making home selections, customer service and the neighborhood/location. The community sales manager, Kristin, and the design gallery consultant, Elysia, were fabulous to work with! The cons are quality. We are in the process of building. So far, so good! Kristin has been a pleasure to work with.
HOA is insane here, If you would like to live a normal life, I wouldnt recommend moving here.
