Our honest review of working with Landmark Homes in Hawk Valley Estates. There were many pros and cons. The pros are communication, sticking to construction timeline, effortless process of designing and making home selections, customer service and the neighborhood/location. The community sales manager, Kristin, and the design gallery consultant, Elysia, were fabulous to work with! The cons are quality. We are in the process of building. So far, so good! Kristin has been a pleasure to work with.
HOA is insane here, If you would like to live a normal life, I wouldnt recommend moving here.
My experience with Landmark was a positive one. Having never built a house before, I was very pleased that this process was not challenging, and Landmark was very helpful during every phase. The construction of my home seems very solid and airtight. The staff (Kristin, Elysia, and Bruce) were very knowledgeable and attentive to any questions or concerns.
