I want to share my experience as a homeowner to help future buyers make informed decisions. My Landmark home had the basement stud/insulation placed without an air gap with the concrete walls. This has caused issues and signs of wear much sooner than I expected. I hope this helps others understand what to look for when considering a Landmark-built home.
