This place is so unreliable we got windows and door from them the window in bathroom first time opening broke cant get ahold of this company BBB couldnt get ahold of this company Do not use them It cost us 190 more from another company to fix a window warrantee for life and had to fix door myself You can leave messaga after message NO RESPONSE are they still in business
No support after installation… waiting a year to have an issue resolved
Warreny claims! have been waiting for over a year (April/24) for window to be replaced (fog between top glass) little contact from them, aside from a few email exchanges in fall of 2024 Now June/25 still waiting! @#$&!
Missed caulking, split caulking, doors are not shutting properly. Zero communication since. Seems like that's the general conesus here. Next move might have to be legal action.
This is the first bad review I have ever made. It took 6 months of neglect from Landmark Windows and Doors to cause me to write it. I have not recieved such poor service in my 52 years! I have called and emailing for 6 months now with no response. I managed once to get someone on the phone who was kind enough to email service from within on my behalf and still 2 months no response. The door installation cost almost 11k with life warranty. I just want to know what hinges to buy to fix the door myself and they still don't repl... read more
