A Family-run Company, Landmark Home Solutions was established and based in St. Catharines, Ontario Canada. Brothers, Brian and Steve began to develop a strong reputation, being widely viewed as one of Canada's premier manufacturers and installers of custom made windows and doors that Landmark still boasts of today.

New window installed March 18 2025.The left side window does not close and latch. Very draughty. Contract # L70466. Can you arrange for someone to come and repair/replace it.
I don’t know where you got my phone number but I ask you for this company to please to stop calling and leaving breathing messages on my voicemail!! If you want to get an actual customer, leave an actual message with information, instead of calling day after day, week after week, month after month, with no actual message left. It has been extremely frustrating working with this company. We are supposed to have life time warranty on our windows and have had a service ticket submitted since October 2024 and have not heard from the company at all! We try to call and always get directed to voicemail and can never actually talk to a person. Very very disappointed!
Everything was great and the windows have been fine, the arm that opens the window has broken and we have been unable to reach anyone at the company, for a week with no response to emails and mailboxes full, we are starting to get worried that this is a scam company. Just be careful.
Great service, friendly professional staff. Everything was installed flawlessly and they cleaned up very well once it was completed. Beautiful quality windows
