I was signed up for Landmark and felt the company was misrepresented after the NP came out 10/1/24 to sign me up. I felt rushed and didn't want to continue with their services, as it was represented as to be like Dispatch Health and told differently, I have no need for Landmark health, at this time. Suggestion have represented. For company slow down and reschedule if needed, keep the plan offers same and I don't give permission to gather my medical information. Carol
Except for changing the visit windows for the home nurse visits without letting you know which I'm not happy about, Everyone at Landmark is Awesome! Very caring folks! They call after a visit to check on you and they do their very best to take care of your needs. I highly recommend!

The nurse was on time, friendly, professional and informative as well as the dr. On skype. I was able to get antibiotics the same day.
The provider paid attention to my concerns and answered my questions. She provided resources to help me with my specific needs. It is always great to have a provider you trust to do their best to help you as a patient.
