Very pleased with having medical assistance from someone “in my corner” who can facilitate my care. I do wish someone would make the Landmark phone app work. The two professionals I see and talk with regularly have been a positive addition to my life. Landmark has been wonderful with my mom who is in assisted living. They are caring and always show up when we need them. They never pass the buck to another staff member. Her NP Janet is very caring and always takes her time. The urgent care staff have been wonderful as well. They are good at problem solving.
Pleasant into really patience and professional service. Responded to all of my questions and answered. Broke it down to my understanding. I love the personal touch. Very easy and efficient way of calming my anxiety for my condition. I would use it again to better help my understanding how to deal with a better Quality of life!
