Amazing service from Jean. Great cut, great person, I will definitely be back many many times!
"Very disappointed. I arrived for my scheduled appointment ( August 1 (9:00am) with Jean Menard, only to be told it was cancelled without any prior notice, and when I asked why, he hung up on me. This was a waste of my time and effort. Clear communication would have made a big difference."
My friend called and tried to make an appointment, she was struggling with the word "availability" but otherwise her english was good. He didnt let her finish a sentence before hanging up on her. I feel like thats unprofessional, if you cant provide services to minorities then you should clarify that on your site or better yet not try to provide anything at all
