One star is too many. Merrill is an absolute crook. Had an Contracted for a 2 car garage including permits in July. I am still due gutters, doors, window and electric and he never pulled a permit. He won't return calls, isn't paying his subs. He has multiple complaints with Better Business Bureau and received an F grade. He needs to lose his license. Learn from my mistake and run fast and hard from this guy!!

Complete CONMAN!!! 4/28/2021 I tried to hire this asshole for a subcontracting job for my client on a large remodel in Broomfield, Merill is really good at ripping off the retain client. I am Genreal contractor and once he realized that non of his BS that I am sure he feeds the regular consumer would work in this situation lie after lie for three weeks he took 5000 k from my clients and Ghosted them never returned a phone call we have filed police charges with the Broomfield Da they are pursuing criminal charges I suggest... read more

Contracting Merrill and Landmark Garages has been one of the most frustrating things I have had to put up with. Couple that with the fact that I have actually paid him for work that is incomplete and significantly delayed has been extremely disappointing. If you are in the market for a garage or considering using Landmark Garages. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Can't give negative stars but would if I could. Merrill is a con man and a thief. We started the process with this company at the end of June 2019 and after a sales pitch from them gave a deposit check as was asked for to cover cost of pulling a demo permit to get rid of the old garage and getting started. Was told the whole process should take 2-3 months. Heard nothing from them until mid July. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! Not only did they not start or finish on time but they are not currently paying their subcontractors! I now have one lien on the property with another contractor threatening to put another lien against the property!!! RUN AWAY!
