OUTSTANDING SERVICE! I had a battery issue with my 2021 Ford Bronco Sport (bought used from another dealership). I called first thing this morning, spoke with Dan and Peggy, and they sent a wonderful technician out to my house who had it fixed before lunchtime! Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable -- they are absolute experts in their field! On top of that, the repair was entirely covered because of a recall. Lucky me! Landmark Ford Service department has my highest recommendation!
If I could give a zero star review, I would. After dropping a vehicle off and being told it would be a couple days numerous times and being told there was only a couple vehicles ahead of mine, they then made us aware it would be another two weeks before they could look at it after it had been there for a week already. The only reason we originally dropped it off with them is because they had promised only a couple of days. I would highly recommend NOT using them.
Purchased the car at this dealership and after thousands of dollars of repair after repair it felt like they were just guessing what was wrong with it.
I Don't know what happened to my original review. But after going though all their paperwork to buy a van this dealer refused to give me a "Bill of Sale" to take to my wife's bank 1.5 miles away and return with check in hand for car. After asking 3 times for it they refused so I walked out. they they had salesman text me to tell me I was not communicative and that they worked hard for that sale. this was 2021 height of the pandemic. The dealership was great. Now the service dept after you get the car? It's a joke. I've started driving an hour round trip to go to Taylorville because they actually help. I won't buy a car from Ford again unfortunately.
