Landmark was a nightmare to work with in planning our wedding. They promise a lot upfront and after you book, communication drops. You have to be persistent to hear back from someone and when you do, they're not clear with the answers. We ended up having questions unanswered still on the day of (like if they would have high chairs for our very young guests). We booked the Fremont Foundry through Landmark Events for its beautiful, industrial aesthetic—but unfortunately, the planning and execution fell far short of expectations. Over the course of planning, our venue contact changed four times, and each transition brought more confusion and miscommunication. I hosted an event at Sodo Park, which is a beautiful venue. However, this review is for the venue management and catering side of their business.
