I worked with Landmark Event Co. at their Seattle venue, The Ruins, for my 2025 wedding. In less than a year of planning, my husband and I dealt with four different wedding coordinators, not including the venue coordinator. Landmark was a nightmare to work with in planning our wedding. They promise a lot upfront and after you book, communication drops. You have to be persistent to hear back from someone and when you do, they're not clear with the answers. We ended up having questions unanswered still on the day of (like if they would have high chairs for our very young guests). Updating my review. Landmark really showed that they cared about my feedback and I am hopeful to work with them on events in the future. ---- I hosted an event at Sodo Park, which is a beautiful venue. However, this review is for the venue management and catering side of their business. While the people I worked with were lovely, there were significant issues with communication and follow-through.
