Never actually been inside, but worked next door at Judson Park. I heard it beautiful inside and definitely astonishing to look at.
Beautiful grounds and building. It would be a great place for events but also if it could be retooled to act as a small-business incubator for working professionals as well or for small boutiques with low overhead. Perhaps even be a huge draw to the area as a tourist location like Pike Place seeing as nobody wants to drive there anymore.
Beautiful building, view and grounds. I wish someone would buy it and hold events there.
