I rented a apartment with this company for 3yrs. I was never told by the manager the apartment she rented to me was infested with MOLD. I ended up in the ER many times because of breathing problems. When I contacted both health department and hud I also sent pictures of the mold in my apartment right before a inspection. After the inspection I was confronted by the maintenance man him stating the last person who did the same as I was evicted. After I moved out my breathing problems improved. I couldn’t be happier with this apartment complex! The management is great and the neighbors are very friendly.
Happy and calm place to live. Maintenance are very good. Steve and Bill are helpful and available whenever we need help. I would recommend this apartment.
