Should have read the reviews on parts purchase. Not only was I lied to I was charged for parts I didn't receive. Front parts counter argues with each other about whats being sold and management doesn't answer the phone. Turned the lies over to my bank to start a charge back. Insanely bad customer service, save your money and buy online. Oh and it takes 3 weeks to get parts for the machines they sell. Giant waste of time.

An "Aftermarket" personel provided my parts, purchase and delivery date; within 9 mins. Between two dept calls and two.employees that placed my number; to call back. The third call at 2:30 knowing the order cutoff is at 3pm. The employee from the first call. Had asked if had pics sent of product; as I had 3 1/2 hours ago. All the guys at this place were so helpful and very prompt. I had an issue and they addressed it immediately with no questions. The fastest service department I’ve ever had to deal with. Thanks to all these guys I got back to work.
I bought a Cub Cadet lawn mower from them five or six years ago and have always had trouble with the cable breaking and Landmark fixed it every time and named her Betty B!tch. This last one worked for three years. They were friendly and helpful welcoming. I took it for another cable last week and from the time I walked in I felt like a female in a males domain.
