In 2025 I worked with Marinus & Seamus from Landmark Enterprises to design and build a large Super Solar Car Port. With a tight deadline, It was an amazing race to build it and install solar before the end of the year for a 30% federal tax credit. Life threw every challenge at us possible it could to stop us. Landmark remodeled our kitchen in 2016. Clear communication throughout the process, showed creativity and flexibility given our distinct requests and some of the quirks in our space. Owner Marinus is in it for the long haul, always willing to answer questions and provide free consultations even 9 years out. We have recommended Landmark to our friends for remodeling projects and will do it again.
Landmark does very high quality work- they are transparent, honest, and trustworthy. They remodeled our upstairs and we appreciated working with them from design to finish. Highly recommend!
