Mark and his crew did a great job building and installing a replacement for our lake dock. Mark provided excellent guidance on the design and materials and they finished the job on budget and on schedule. Mark was available throughout the process to answer questions and to make sure we were satisfied with the finished product.
We have used Mark and his team for lots of different projects, large and small, construction and landscaping. They are always so capable and “on it”! I look forward to the next project!
Mark and his crew have been doing extensive work around our marina for the last few years and I can’t recommend them enough. Having to deal with additional factors from being on the Hudson (tides, ice floes, etc), he has managed to solve several complicated issues that have come up along the way. Our new dock is great!! The workmanship was top notch, and they even came back to look at small issues that developed afterwards.
Mark and his guys did an amazing job rebuilding our dock and boardwalk. Not only was the removal of the old boardwalk and rebuilding of it done on time and very sturdy construction, Mark also helped us with the permitting process which was very detailed as we are in wetlands. In the end we have a dock and boardwalk that is beautiful, well built, and exactly what we wanted. All on time and on budget, and with zero headache or issues. I can’t recommend Landmark highly enough. They are the best.
