Mark and his team such an amazing job with our dock. I can't recommend him enough. He is thoughtful, on time, and gets the job done efficiently. We have worked with Mark on 3 different projects and will hire him again.
Mark and the guys at Landmark are great. They built a dock which exceeded my expectations. They come and drop it and hook it back up seasonally and are just all around great guys. It was the best price around by far and that was comparing apples to apples for the dock they built. He was easy to get in touch with, easy to talk to and an overall excellent experience. I contacted Mark after a tree fell on my existing dock and demolished it. Two of my neighbors recommended Mark when I was in the middle of my interview process. At first meeting, I knew Mark was the real deal. He was timely, extremely knowledgeable and so professional. Amazing experience resulting in a beautiful boardwalk out to a new dock! Mark and his team also redid our aging deck. They worked with us throughout the process of permitting and inspections. Responsible, responsive, respectful of our priorities. I highly recommend this company. Excellent, beautiful work!
