Just got back from celebrating paying off my car loan, because that means I will NEVER have to interact with these liars and thieves again! Be warned, they do not like it if you legally record phone calls with their loan department. They falsified a 30 day past due notice on my credit report, after guaranteeing that it would not happen so long as payments continued on my loan balance (obviously). I had an issue with a new Landmark CU debit card that was denied 2x's when I tried to use it at a store over this past weekend. I did activate the card as soon as I received it in the mail a few days prior to trying to use it. The following Monday, I went to Landmark CU in WB. Sean checked out the card and went through the process again to get the new debit card activated and working properly. He apologized for the inconvenience the card caused me. He was very nice, patient and polite. Thank you Sean.

Subject: Landmark Credit Union Fails to Defend Member Over Small Unauthorized Charges I had less than $100 in unauthorized debit charges from Hulu — I couldn’t cancel the service because I lost access to the email tied to that account. Despite my repeated efforts and being a credit union member, Landmark refuses to help unless I produce a cancellation email. This is B.S.
