First off. The Hubertus office crew are fantastic. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. But the banking phone service is horrible. Something you .may not know, Landmark will send transactions with out your account Number just using your name. We have had 2 occasions that has happened. 1st, we were to receive over $8000 from SS. Landmark sent it to someone with our same name. They said sorry but we spent it.It took forever but we finally received our money no thanks to LM Cu. Second, I make a deposit at our branch. Worst bank ever! They way they process their customer transaction without giving them time to make deposit or process earlier then should have all to charge $30 OD fee and when I called them out on it, they refuse to help me anymore. And I have receipt’s! Closing out my account as soon as my items clear! DO NOT BANK WITH THEM!!
I go in to make a loan payment, and as soon as I walk in the door the man behind the counter is looking at me like I don't belong there. He is rude and did not seem happy to answer the one question that I had for him. I can't believe this is how they treat their customers.
