Setup an estate account in Waukesha. Had a lot of issues there, dad had cancer wrote 3 bad checks, had to raise all heck to get 2 of NSF charges refunded(they refused to credit last one, they needed that $30) Went to cash a check with brother and my name on it, both endorsed. Refused to cash it since both my brother & I didn’t have landmark account. Went to UWCU they cashed my check w/o question. If you want to be hassled & not valued chose landmark.
$4 ATM fee!
A lot of these reviews having nothing to do with the local branch, but are complaints about the customer service phone team :(. Really hate to see negative comments impacting people that have nothing to do with the situation. Bank has been fantastic, and I've received several calls over the last few months since my auto loan refinance. They've been very cordial and polite at all times. Very personably, would highly recommend.
Less than Zero in all actuality... Russ Darrow works shady deals with them on auto loans. I had an 837 credit score and could have paid in full or used my OWN financial institution. Russ Darrow padded an extra 2 .5%+ on the loan that I didn't want. 7.23% and they have a $5k limit per day so I can't simply pay it off. I REFUSE to pay them one penny of interest. They also make contact with them virtually impossibe. They have a shitty App, a shittier website, and a very low quality phone system. Refinance your vehicle somewhere... read more
