I’m not a fan of their loans. They refuse to apply additional principal on payments even if you designate on the check “additional to principal”. They told me I have to go into the bank and make a separate principal only payment.
Always my first choice for banking and any loan needs. I use the New Berlin, Muskego, and Waukesha branches without issue and will continue to do so.
