I did business at your location "Mequon" once this year when I was in the area and the representatives were able to get my transaction done quickly. The 2 ladies at the counter had great customer service skills. I always go to another location because it is closer to my residence on the West side. I will no longer go to that location. The manager is awful & the staff changes constantly. She said, I have all new staff. Some know very little English.
