I hired them to assist me with a financial project to clear up some issues on my credit report. I am busy and felt it was a wise choice to use a company who better understood the process than myself. They promptly took my fees and promised to begin work quickly. Repeatedly advised me they had requested my reports, which I was able to do on my own. Slow pays can be challenging to get removed unless inaccurate information is found in the Acct which can happen. Reading all the complaints and what I experience was the same . This is a company that drags and string you along for 249 dollars down and 99 dollar a month .You can never call and get ahold of anyone only to get voicemail and when you do get someone the person you want to talk to is never available or no longer working there and always rushing to get you off the phone .I chose this company by research and reading reviews. either they was paid actors or writing reviews themselves . they could never show me in details what cr... read more
Why is this business allowed to post an A+ rating on their web site fore BBB??? Taking peoples money and not returning phone calls and not canceling after many request to do so. We have tried for months to reach out to Landmark Credit repair with no luck and no one is ever at the office on Old Jacksonville.
