Landmark Construction resolved a true concern for us on a timely basis also with excellent people skills. My husband discovered a PVC plumbing pipe in the attic (which releases gases) which had fractured. He replaced it finishing the job Tuesday afternoon. At that point he realized that the pipe extended through the roof & left gaps between the pipe & the roof where water could intrude.
