Do not build a landmark home. We moved into our newly built home in May 2023. On the first day we moved in a pipe burst in our master bathroom causing water to seep into the ceiling of the main floor. Also our AC wasn’t working so had to have an electrician come out (after Landmark told us to give it time for the AC to kick in) and they discovered the AC was not hooked up to electrical.
