We have built 3 times now with Landmark, and each experience has been amazing. From the great communication to the quality, we have not been let down. If ever we have a question, the reply has been almost immediate. And what I love the most is the no BS answers. We recently completed our one-year warranty period with Landmark, and I wanted to wait until the entire process was complete before sharing our experience. I moved into my home in 2023 which Landmark constructed, that said earlier this month we had a pipe burst in the basement ceiling, luckily my wife was home a got the water turned off. As you know it doesn't take long for gallons of water to damage just about everything, so I reached out to Landmark. Although the warranty was over, they stood behind their work and covered all repairs and labor costs. This I tell you, no such thing as perfect however, if you want a builder to stand behind their work, I recommend Landmark!
We have had nothing but a fabulous experience with Landmark Homes. The construction of our new home was excellent and their follow up with minor issues has been extraordinary. I can’t say enough good things about our experience with them and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new house. Rich Harman.
We had a couple of issues on our home after we purchased it in 2024. After contacting the builder the issues were inspected and resolved promptly and professionally.
