Had the head replaced on 2010 Grand Caravan and 20,000 miles later, it looks like I am going to do have to do it again. Gary and the service team say it is out of their control. A new head (essentially a new motor) should last well beyond 20,000 miles. Do not purchase a car at this dealership and for the love of everything, do not get your car serviced there. Never again. Thank you for treating your customer like crap.
The experience of buying a vechile is very difficult and daunting, but the experience was made much worse at this dealership! On the evening I went to try and purchase a used vechile and getting preapproved for a specific vechile they encouraged me to look at, after I told them the specifics of what i was looking for!
