Highly recommend a different company and DO NOT SIGN A MAINTENANCE CONTRACT WITH THEM!! It "automatically" renews but to cancel you have to give a 30 day notice. But they DO NOT notify you that it's about to renew. Very poor service in my opinion!!
Reconsider using this company before signing any maintenance contracts.
This company is down right horrible. We had a maintenance contract to maintain a copier that we purchased from them. They did not fix the copier when it broke down, when we refused to pay them for the maintenance contract because they did not fulfill their end of the bargain. They had a third party collection agency threaten my husband and my personal credit with some serious strong armed tactics. Making us feel as if we didn't pay the collection agency our lifelong effort to build impeccable with be for nothing. This is tot... read more
