As someone who has overseen the building of 3 homes, I've learned a lot about the process and what a good builder looks like. I'm a very picky person and value attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship. My husband and I are first time remodelers and use Dan and his team to help with this process in 2019. We went into this process with a fairly detailed idea of our space however with the help of the design team additional key items were added! The team did a good job of listening to our vision and we all stayed on course. I had a very strict budget that we all stayed within - really we did. As a subcontractor, I met and worked with Landmark Build Co. on one project for a residence in Mpls. I got welcomed to the project and received fast response on questions I had on my needs. I was impressed with their quality of build.

Had an awesome experience with Landmark. They knocked it out of the park for us. Extensive mid century modern renovation.
