Went there to open up a business account and after 40 minutes waiting they told me the system is down. They have no clients there and looks like they don’t like to work
Drive through banking ONLY, Lobby has been permanently closed.
While the staff at this location have always been pleasant and helpful, this location is seemingly closed or the ATM is down the majority of times I’ve attempted to make transactions at this location. I can only assume that due to its smaller size and location, Simmons corporate considers service to this location as a lower priority. Very slow service and rude staff.
I have used both the lobby amd drive thru portions of this location. Fast and friendly.
