Our state of the art facility has over 20,000 sqft. of indoor space and an additional 15,000 sqft. of outdoor space and is conveniently located right off of Parkway Exit 98 in the heart of the Jersey Shore in Manasquan (Off Atlantic Ave Near Route 34).

Awesome gym! I won the 6 week challenge and the classes really changed my perspective on working out. I am excited everyday to attend class, the workouts are great & so are the trainers. Everyone who works there is passionate, knowledgeable, and truly wants to see you succeed. It’s rare to find a place where you’re both happy, motivated, and seeing results but LAF has given me all of that and more!

Such an awesome gym, the staff is really educated on form and safety, they also keep us motivated when we need that extra push. You can tell they really love what they do. Additionally, there are soo many classes available, it accompdates nearly any schedule and all fitness levels. You will have a blast at LAF building the body of your dreams.
