Roach-infested, rude management, and most amenities don’t work or aren’t accessible. Not worth it!
The Flat at Sugarland is a great place to live! Ms. Netra and all her team members are fantastic. They are professional, friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond to help residents.

The whole experience was ruined by their “method,” or lack of method, to do the moving-out process. 2/5 We called this place home for 3 years 🫶🏽. We loved the place; they were fixing issues and had all kinds of events, which were super fun. The neighbors were really nice, respectful, and pretty friendly. So the pros: good neighbors, fun events, upgrades/repairs, safety, playgrounds, and swimming pools. Cons: last summer, the swimming pools were dirty 4/5 times I tried to enjoy them 🙈.
