I don’t usually leave reviews for individual staff members, but I felt compelled to acknowledge Shon from the maintenance team. He is consistently professional, respectful, and mindful of residents’ time when addressing maintenance issues. He communicates clearly, works efficiently, and is very observant, which contributes to a strong sense of safety and trust when someone is working inside your home. His genuine kindness and professionalism truly stand out and are greatly appreciated. He represents the complex well.
Brittany helped me secure our new place. She was extremely fast and knowledgeable. She went out of her way multiple times. Has a great work ethic. Thank you brittany and im so happy to call the flats my new home!!
TL;DR: The Flats at Sugarland ignored lease terms, mishandled my deposit for months, communicated unprofessionally, and failed to maintain basic electrical safety. Poor management, unsafe conditions, and zero accountability. Expect nasty and unprofessional treatment from Chinasa Mba, Netra Bonds, and Kami Venable. DO NOT RENT HERE. I love these events! The host and everyone else are amazing
The Flats is truly a lovely, clean, and organized place to live! There are often fun family friendly events and the community here is the sweetest! Especially our event planner here at the Flats Ms. Gale. She’s always got the loveliest attitude and ensures everyone is included and has a great time during the events.
