The office crew are very nice and helpful! The maintenance crew are great… especially Luis! He helps me take out trash when he sees me walking with trash bags. Also he is very friendly and I enjoy chatting with him when we cross paths! He is a ray of light and hope to this complex!
Stop in to check out the opening... loved to floor plan and price... before making my application told them I have a few collections... she said they may overlook it or ask for a larger deposit... once I filled out the application and paid the fees... was told I was denied due to my collections.. she then began to consult me on how I need to pay them off and how to go about working on my credit... so I believe she knew that any collections was an automatic denial..and was just looking to get application fees...
Cindy she was great attentive the best leasing agent great conversion quick got my keys the same day.
