An excellent place with comfortable apartments. The office staff is very pleasant; Alvin is an incredible manager—kind and helpful. God bless these people.
We lived here for 20 years under another company but never really knew the landlord. Alvin made sure that his was engaged with his tenants when Landmark at Gayton Apartments took over. Everything from newsletters to courtesy calls, emails. Thanks so much for having great customer service where it really counts!
