Robert in Maintenance is extremely helpful and responsive, and is a pleasure to worth with as a commercial tenant in Landmark at 1700. He’s always very quick to respond to any concerns at the building, and proactively communicates about anything I need to know as a resident.

Over priced Sq footage. 30+ dollars a SqFt Ventilation in the entire building is atrocious. Hallways caked with dust. Actually had to check into a patient first because of the serious migraines and breathing issues from such poor ventilation in this building. The idea they're selling is fan night life with modern appliance with a rolling closet door lol to a washer and dryer fit for literally 3 outfits. Good luck trying to wash your bed sheets lol. You guys towed me. During the holidays. At midnight when I have places to be in the morning and my stuff is in the car and when the towing yard is closed. I pay for parking. Always park inside the lines. Have my parking stickers. Been parking in the lot all year. Never late in rent once. The lot is literally empty every single night. But yall towed me.
