Don’t move here. Just don’t. When we first moved in, my partner and I really liked the apartment. It was cute, spacious, and seemed affordable for the area. But it all went downhill fast. Maintenance is horrible. From the very beginning, our water pressure was super low. It was hard to even shower or do dishes. We put in a request, never heard back, so I ended up fixing it myself. They allow tenants to have a leaky ceiling from rain for over a year, going onto beds ruining them, don’t answer emails, don’t fix the washer & dryer they will send a guy Alex that isn’t handy at all. Instead hiring a real man to do the real work and actually be handy smh do better land mark
Apartment building with the worst parking in Bridgeport. One lot is an unprotected/insecure “lot” behind the building. The entirety of downtown cars looking to park will choose this unprotected lot, taking the spot you paid for. Then the building deals with unscrupulous tow company “mid-town” owned as far as I can tell by a cross between a thief and human garbage, who will charge the spot renter hundreds of dollars to get their own car back (happened to a woman in the building not once but twice).
