Staff are professional & accommodating, and maintenance is timely. Amenities are nice, and the renovated gym is a big plus, with tons of space and machines. The kitchen & shared living space have several nice features, and things generally run smoothly. The location is great for college students. On the downside, the general lack of renewal discounts — especially after last year’s significant price increases — may lead one reconsider renewing. When my son moved out of Landmark apartment this summer, we were charged a cleaning fee in the move out statement. When we called they sent us a picture of someone else’s apartment since the picture of the carpet they sent was definitely not where my son lived. After disputing the charges which took more than 4 months they finally had it removed. I wanted to share this in this forum so all families and students are aware of this happening at Landmark.
