They lack Cybersecurity. Everyone that was a part of their database had their information stolen. Not cool. So you call the "legal" number to answer questions and it's been disconnected. Class action lawsuits have already been started thank God. But they are about to pull a runner as there is no way they can afford to pay us all. And offering us free credit monitoring is worthless. Really good at having your data stolen by hackers. Google it, hackers stole everything down to SSNs from this company.

Not a good company! My parents had a policy since the 60s or 70s and when we moved to East Texas in 2001 the invoice would sometimes comes and then times it wouldn't so we'd have to contact this went on several times then finally stopped. No online option or no autopay that we were ever told about or aware of.
