Would be great if they STOP building. They are killing the market for any investor. If they had any ethics they should warn their buyers that they will keep developing and will be your competition.
After months of looking we chose a move-in ready home built by Landmark. The sales associate, Garrett was helpful in answering all of our questions and made our many revisits possible and easy. Helen, the closing coordinator was on her game, got us the date we wanted, was very responsive, and provided the information we needed well in advance. Love our new home... From Start to finish everyone was very pleasant and professional. Elaine Holman (landmark 24 Realtor) was one of the first person we met, showed us around and followed up throughly the whole process. She made sure we were taken care of and answers all our questions. The wait was definitely worth it and our experience with the whole team is amazing. Landmark 24 Homes made the buying experience very easy for us. Communication is key when making a big purchase. Everyone involved at Landmark 24 Homes always kept us informed as to what was going on and what was going to happen next. The quality of the home is spot on. Yes, there were a few items that needed to be taken care off and they were fixed before move in. They have a process to fix items that were mixed after you move in. Overall, a good company to deal with that has employees that actual care about after the sale.
