Beautiful home. Getting them to follow up on the punch list had been painful, but they eventually got to the big things after a couple years.
The house itself has been great, but the yard has always had a water drainage problem. That was the case before we closed in Oct 2020 and Logan from Landmarc promised it would quickly be rectified at no cost to us due to the new home warranty if the problem persisted. 4 months later the landscaper came out and attempted to fix, but the issue persisted.
