After searching high and wide for a fireplace cover for my Landmann fireplace, I was at a loss. Zina, the amazing customer care representative, helped me find a cover and put in an immediately shipped order. I am incredibly with my Landmann fireplace & service!
BUYER BEWARE. Do NOT purchase LANDMANN products. My wife and I purchased a LANDMANN Super Sky fire pit. The box arrived damaged, and after opening the box, discovered that the hardware pack had not stayed sealed and half of the hardware needed to assemble the fire pit was missing. I called Customer Service and filed a warranty claim. Below is the timeline, After 9 weeks, I still do not have the hardware I need to assemble and use the fire pit.
