Friendly lady at the front desk
As a first time landlord, I wanted to feel confident that I was following steps properly. The team at LBC was so helpful in showing me where to go and where to start and this reduced my stress a lot. It was nice to be able to call in with questions and be able to discuss through. Definitely recommend!
Do not apply with their membership. This is a scam. You made a payment but they didn’t approve your application. You asked for a refund but they didn’t and wouldn’t approve your application!!! The worst service I ever received from LISA HENDERSON!!!
700% already inflated properties for years and still raising. -3% cap it's better than +3% cap on rent.
I've been given outright incorrect information regarding adding a person to the tenancy, increasing rent out of cycle, which in the end cost me about $6000 in lost potential rent. When I complained I was basically blown off. I agree with another poster to ask which part of the act their answers are based on and follow up. Also, my recommendation is to do everything via email so you have a paper trail versus the phone.
