Seth stood me up for meetings not once, but twice. I booked a meeting with him and he no showed, but emailed me later saying he was in court. I understood, and we agreed to reschedule for 9am the next day. He no showed again and didn’t respond to my email following up at all. Guess he must not need the business. If you’re a landlord looking for an attorney who will actually do the work, I recommend going elsewhere.

Seth was quick to respond and offered initial solutions. Rental contracts are complex and involves localities and he seemed to know them very well and able to give great advice. I look forward to working with him more.
