What a joke worst company i have ever dealt with rude on the phone. Repeatdly have to be told the same information. Honestly they just wanna be paid to show up and half the time they dont fo that
Worst company rude beyond belief.
Pretty poor customer service, technician didn’t acknowledge me when I answered the door, he seemed in a rush. He just said “I’m checking your smoke alarm” then asked where the electrical board is. I had it open for him, he then walks up to it and turns off the power without warning. Then checks the smoke alarm, says thanks from the other room and leaves. Positives - I got a message to say they are on the way and the technician was in and out in 2 minutes, 47 seconds
