Austin is the best! Alysia returned my call where many others like Penny Pinch and others never bothered and they are Pentair authorized dealers. Go figure. But Landis sent out Austin despite a busy schedule and immediately diagnosed and resolved all issues with my heater. Terrific gentleman! Give them both a raise! Thank you Aysia and Austin!
