Landis and Landis LLC were the contractor for the Capitol Highway project in SW Portland that took over two years and many millions of dollars to complete. Their job site was often chaotic and poorly managed for the residents to navigate. Signage was often falling down into the roadway or nonexistent. I have several hundred thousand dollars worth of work to let. My first couple of communications with the owners were positive and encouraging. After that, they dropped off the face of the earth and have not responded to any communication attempts. This has set my projects back by at least a couple of months.

City 3rd partyed them to do word in front of house never got a notice of the work so got blocked in driveway and they dug a hole and had work equipment 3 feet from my car. Also cut the fence and didn't fix it, and all I herd all day was the F... word. BAD WORK EDICUTE
