Shower faucet installed improperly without set screw, guts are upside down.Cracked faucet cover. Cracked or scored shower floor. Installed some sort of old piece of plumbing (pressure valve?) that he insisted was there. I’ve been taking a shower nightly for 10 years and that piece was never there. I had an adjustable shower head he installed a single phase shower head. This was maybe a year ago. Arrogant and pricey.
Cannot say enough good things! Our furnace stopped working, he came out quickly, fixed the issue within a half hour!
