Juana is a good manager she really cares about the residents. glad they got rid of old manager
I was a former worker there. Management is bad, not very helpful to staff. Every staff is wayyyy overworked, not very good benefits, etc. RN that was there when I worked didn't reassess residents in timely manner, expected to do 1 person transfers when person was supposed to be on easy stand and/or 2 person transfer.
