This place has been home to my mom for about 5 years. She passed away on November 7, 2020. I have read some of the reviews on here and I have to say that yes they are understaffed and the rooms may not be in the greatest of condition but they did all that they could for Mom and I couldn't thank them enough for taking such good care of her. Every facility has it’s downfalls with management, current and past employees. With that being said the employees for the ridge are definitely some of the best people I’ve worked with. Anyone that has actually been inside the facility would see that each resident is taken care of, and loved by all of the staff. I myself take pride in the care that the RA’s and the rest of the staff provide for our residents.
This place is now called the Ridge at Lancaster. Terrible management. They ignore emails and phone calls. The rooms are not very nice and overpriced. I moved out because they raised my rate $600 a month even though I had a lifetime rate lock. They did not change my depends nearly enough and I ended up with sores. I am now in a much nicer place, with a bigger room and much better staff for a little less money. Definitely not recommended
