Over the phone customer service experience has gone downhill.
I have been apart of the credit union since it was Tempe schools credit union. When I was 17 years old. I am now in my late 40's I will never go to a "regular " bank they can't compare. I made a new friend Teri , she is so super nice and helpful.
They were super detailed and helpful. Made it a great experience with opening up my young children with opening their accounts. My kids are super excited now about money and savings! Plus with their straight A program, my kids are now even more attentive to to having good grades in school.
I went to landings credit union in Gilbert Jane Vela went above and beyond to help with my loan and credit issues. Took the time to set up all the payment details and very patient with me. She is very professional in made this process so easy and I truly appreciate of all the help. Thank you so very much.
Landings Credit Union is Amazing and the staff are very personable! Wouldn’t think of going any place else!
