so im a roommate at the landings at rock creek we are moving out the manager was real nice at first then she flipped a switch i would be worried about staying here with all the problems there are exposed wires in the front closet the stove doesnt work all the washing machine will do is make a noise the towl bars are loose in bathrooms theres no knob on the door to balcony theres exposed screws in kitchen i cut my hand on them there in almost every cabinet if you open cabinets in kitchen the bottom of cabinet is loose theres ... read more
I live here and recommend this place to everyone the landlord over the complex is amazing caring and understanding you don't get that in a manager over an entire complex to often
Debbie is great. Very understanding, She has a calming and understanding personality and will go the extra mile for tenants. Definitely a keeper
Highly recommend The landings! The community has that smaller neighborly welcome home vibe. The apartments are beautiful with all new appliances and flooring. From the moment I walked in the office and meet the manager Deborah, I felt like I was in good hands. She took the time to find me the perfect apartment. I had looked at many other places being new to the area.
