Terrible customer service! A simple hat order took months to do after wasting my time doing multiple follow ups, even after I gave them the order code/number they still supplied the wrong product from their own catalogue. I was then told they cannot do the order for me. If they were honest from the start would have been better outcome. Vistaprint can do what you want within days and a-lot cheaper
