Landing Auto Service has proven completely unethical, rude, unreliable, causing more damage than repairs and to have engaged in insurance fraud, and I would advise avoided them at all costs. They have provided the worst service from any shop or business have ever encountered. Untrustworthy to say the least, fraudulent beyond that. Car brought in for service, filling tires and oil. I’m a 73 year old on social security. They charge $138.00 an hour for labor. My car had an oil leak and just wanted to know what was going on figuring it would take about half an hour. I’ve used them before but this last time they charged me over $140 for a “free” break check and spent about 15 minutes looking for the oil leak. The guy wasted another 45 minutes helping put up a plastic face shield in the office, disappeared for a while and just walked around the shop on my dollar just to make sure to stretch out the time.
