Great location. Their maintenance team is quick, and they have infinite job security from the iffy remodels. Most neighbors are all pretty easy going. Lots of pups in the place. The neighbors complain about mold and roaches as well. I haven't seen any in my unit yet but I've seen a couple in the breezeways along with dog feces on occasion. I worry about mold bc the foundation leaks on the back wall in the lower units. Great location. Their maintenance team is quick, and they have infinite job security thanks to the very shoddy work of the renovation contractors. As far as working with Eden, the current property manager is concerned, they're absolutely lackluster once you're signed in so don't get your hopes up.
